Food & Health Evolution
Food! This has to be my favorite topic to talk about. I love food and merely writing on it already got my taste buds tickling.
To be fair, I don’t have a favorite food, I eat anything that looks good, and every food that tastes good. Don’t judge a foodie! 🍕
Food as regards health has to be a topic that I don’t like to get involved in because it explains or suggests that you have to be mindful of what you feed your stomach and in as much as I don’t like to think about it, we really can’t run away from it.
Being healthy is about learning that you interact differently with the food you eat, the environment, and many other factors that aren’t food-related.
A lot of persons are concerned about where their food is coming from (as they should). Growing up, “Food errands” were very common and I had an aunt who was quite picky and very particular about where she gets her food. She looks out for the environment of the restaurant and down to what the seller is putting on and I thought she was being too dramatic. I guess she was right being cautious though.
A lot of persons react differently to different foods. You may be allergic to nuts, but that doesn’t take away the fact that it is highly beneficial to other people.
